Then last row ripped on table saw to desired width leaving expansion room but close enough to be covered by trim then pull last row tight with pry bar and face nailed like the rest. The flooring may need to be pried into place. The last rows are blind nailed by hand. Connect the joint and as you tap on the pull bar push the plank down and keep moving from one end to the other until the plank is laying flat.

To calculate the width needed for the first and last row add the width of a full plank to the width needed for the last row.
